Account registration requires a work email and password. Your account stores saved supplier profiles, unlocked contact records, contact credit balance, and verification request history.
When you submit a contact unlock or verification request, we store the supplier reference, request details, and your contact information to process and respond to your request.
Contact credit purchases are processed through a third-party payment provider. FactoryRoster does not store payment card details. We retain purchase records for accounting and support purposes.
We use analytics to understand how the platform is used. Standard web cookies may be used for session management and platform functionality.
