FactoryRoster provides verified supplier information for sourcing research only and does not participate in transactions, payments, logistics, contracts, inspections, or buyer-supplier agreements unless explicitly agreed in a separate service.
FactoryRoster provides verified supplier information, contact intelligence, and supplier verification support for sourcing research. Use of this service is subject to these terms.
FactoryRoster is an information service. Published supplier records represent information verified at the time of listing and may not reflect all current conditions.
FactoryRoster does not participate in transactions, payments, logistics, contracts, inspections, or buyer-supplier agreements. Buyers and suppliers manage their own commercial relationships independently.
Contact credits unlock individual verified contact records. Credits are for personal sourcing research use. FactoryRoster does not guarantee that contact information will result in a successful supplier relationship.
Verification request services are available to eligible users. Scope and availability vary by supplier and request type. FactoryRoster will confirm available scope before proceeding.
Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence, including product quality, contract terms, compliance, payment arrangements, and order fulfillment. FactoryRoster does not represent buyers or suppliers in transactions.
Supplier records are based on information reviewed at verification time. Suppliers may request corrections through the Contact page. FactoryRoster reviews correction requests but does not guarantee immediate updates.
FactoryRoster verifies identity, contactability, and supplier-type supply evidence only. We make no guarantee regarding product quality, pricing accuracy, delivery performance, regulatory compliance, or transaction outcomes.
You are responsible for maintaining account security. Accounts may not be shared or used in violation of these terms. FactoryRoster may suspend accounts that violate usage terms.
