How FactoryRoster Builds Supplier Profiles
FactoryRoster organizes public supplier information into structured sourcing profiles so overseas buyers can research, compare, and contact China manufacturers faster.
- 1
We start from public sources
Company websites, public business listings, exhibition pages, industry pages, and other public references.
- 2
We clean and structure the data
We map raw text into searchable fields: location, supplier type, products, capabilities, certifications mentioned, and export markets mentioned.
- 3
We label what we know and don't know
Each profile carries a status. Fields are labelled as ‘mentioned’ when they come from public sources but have not been verified by FactoryRoster.
- 4
Suppliers can claim and update
If a company recognizes itself, it can request to claim the profile and update or correct information.
- 5
Buyers use it as a starting point for research
FactoryRoster is a sourcing research tool, not a verification service. We help buyers find candidates faster, then they validate independently.
